The plot takes the most fascinating turns in its final installment, and it was very difficult to put it down. I am really quite shocked to read some of these negative reviews, and I think there would have been an even bigger uproar if things had ended differently.

I don’t really understand any of the negative reviews. I really loved this book, and thought it brought together the characters endings in a lovely way. The beginning scenes of the wedding and honeymoon were wonderful, and  I also hesitated at the first sign of the ‘little nudger’, I thought the storyline was handled well. It kept me very interested, even if it was a little gruesome – hey, aren’t we talking vampires here?   And the final part was great – with Bella so triumphant as a vampire, finally unburdened by her clumsiness, and we feel Edward’s love for her so much more because he loved her when she was so imperfect and so breakable. I loved it, loved the ending, think it was a great book. I even love the fairytale cottage. I also didn’t need a romance-novel love scene with specifics. This one was perfect. And Bella found that she had powers as a shield, she was able to shield her family, her friends, and the wolves.  In the very end when all was well and the ending of the book was near she also found that she could allow Edward to see how she had felt about him all along by letting her shield down and it was powerful.  This last book in the series really brought everything together into a great story.  I found throughout this series my self smiling, tearing up and pushing back the tears to complete parts, and then found myself laughing out loud.  This series is awesome and a must read for tweens and mothers alike.  ENJOY!!!!

New Moon

The rave continues with the second in the Twilight series.  This one is not quite as good as the first book “Twilight”, but it has its moments.  I started reading New Moon yesterday and finished 600+ pages today, this one is different.  I found myself crying and pushing back the tears for Bella Swan, her father Charlie and her best friend Jacob call her Bells.  I do not want to give too much away in this one either, but I will tell you that in “New Moon” not only are there vampires but other mythical creatures as well.  This is a very good series and to be quite honest not only for teens.  I have enjoyed these two books so much I have started on the third in the series and am sure when I have completed it I will quickly move onto the last in the series.

I have read other reviews and I totally disagree that these books are too much for the teenage girls they were intended for.  There is no sexual scenes, there is romance but in a tender and deeply fashion and what I have read does not make me think of sex only the love between two people in a very different loving manner.  If my daughter were only 15 or 16 I would be happy to allow her to read this series.  The series so far has been very very good and I have been unable to put them down once I start, the author has a flare in her writing you can feel the characters feelings, you can see the scenes she describes with vivid detail, they are truly engrossing and are in my opinion a must read.

Twilight is all the rave.  I have listened to multiple people at work discussing this book as they are reading it, they have chat sessions during breaks at work and everyone is so excited about this new series by Stephanie Meyer.  My daughter, Tiffany requested the 4 book series for Christmas this year, so being the mother that I am I bought the set for her, not only did I buy her a set I also bought myself the set.  WOW, I started reading Twilight last night, Christmas Eve, and I have been unable to put this book down, I find my self smiling and laughing and being so into the book that it is as if I am watching the movie, which of course I have not seen.  After reading this book I definitely have to see the movie, of course I am assuming that the movie will not be as good as the book is, as usually this is the case with all comparisons I have made in the past, I will let you know if this still stands true.

Edward Cullen is so very interesting and Bella tries so hard to resist him.  I do not want to give away too much about this book.  All I can say is YOU HAVE GOT TO PICK THIS ONE UP AND READ IT, this is not just for teen girls, mothers will love this one as well.

I now know firsthand what the rave on the new series has been about, and happily tell you what you are hearing about this series is all true and I am singing rave reviews as well.  This is a definite 5+++ stars read and is a must for all.  It is very doubtful that once you start this one that you will be able to put it down and I am confident that after reading Twilight that you will be headed to the bookstore to pick up New Moon the second in the series.  A little advice; pick up all in this series before they are completely out of stock, because I can tell you they are flying off the shelves and you do not want to miss these.

Happy Reading !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Dark Side Of The Supernatural uncovers the truth behind the supernatural.  The book that separates the truth from fiction, and it looks into each topic with relation to the Bible.  Bill Myers discusses many topics and his encounters with the wide variety of supernatural topics, he allows the reader to discover what is real and what is fantasy.

The book discusses Angels which include the good ones, the bad ones and helps you to understand the differences and to discover which are good and which are bad.  In reading the section on angels you will find where the author talks of lies, deceit, and focuses more on their-selves than God.

The many sections of this book include not only angels but demons as well.  The many topics also include sections on Satanism, UFO’s, Communicating with the dead, Ghosts, Near Death Experiences, Reincarnation, Wicca and Witchcraft, Vampires and Fantasy Games.

I found the entire book to be very informative and feel as if I have learned a great deal more than just common belief.  I found the section on the Ouija board very informative and interesting, I had always wanted to experiment with the Ouija board until I read his encounter with some who had such horrific encounters and the author explains that it can open a portal to the wicked spirits and can cause possession.

I would suggest if you are interested in the supernatural that this book is a must read, and is a must read for parents everywhere in order to guide your children, so they will not get caught up in all the hype and they too will have a better understanding of the supernatural.  I sure do not want my children or grandchildren messing with some of these spirits and want to protect them, hopefully with guidance they will not have the curiousity to especially experiment with the Ouija board.

I give this one 4 stars as it is loaded with interesting material and is very well written, and the author gives you first hand experiences of others throughout the book.
