This book is a keeper. Inside these pages you will find the definition of food…what is a protein and what does it do? Why do I need proteins? You will also learn what foods you should avoid as well as which foods stimulate your body to fight off those ugly fat cells and cellulite! This book is filled with recipes and meal plans, it is almost fool-proof. This book is for anyone who wants to be healthy ,not just lose weight. I will definitely use this book in my everyday life,you should too. I give this book 4 stars.
